Amazing customer service

First time customer. I had ordered a comb for my wedding next week as my hairdresser suggested this kind. The colour I picked turned out to be out of stock and the girls were so lovely and apologetic, they asked which colour I would like to swap to and then express posted it so I would have it in time! They also included a little key ring and I mean the starburst made my day! It’s the little things that make such a difference. I’ll be back for clothes next time!
