These bands are probably the best I have ever bought (and I have bought a lot). They have the ideal level of resistance with a clear difference between each level making them perfect for building strength. They don't roll at all and work for so many different exercises. The little carry bag is also the perfect addition making it easy to store and transport. Form never disappoints with their products!!!
