RETURNS POLICY

FAYT The Label offers a super simple returns policy. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange an item for another size, we suggest you return your item and we will place a store credit on your account so that you can re-purchase the correct size.

FAYT The Label offers store credits on all items you wish to return, if you wish to return an item please download this form here, complete your details and place it along with your item/s in either your original FAYT shipping bag or a shipping bag from your local post office. All postage costs are to be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a product fault or the incorrect item was delivered. Once your item is back at our warehouse we will check for any faults, making sure the item/s are in their original condition before processing your store credit. If for some reason we believe your item has been tampered with, worn, washed, altered or is stained we will send it back to you and unfortunately won't be able to process your store credit.

FAYT offers refunds only on items that you think have a manufacturing fault. We pride ourselves on having amazing quality control across all of our stock, but if you think for some reason that one of your items is faulty please get in touch with our customer care team so we can investigate and review your order and items and potentially refund you for your purchase.

Items can be returned within 28 days of your order being delivered for a store credit or refund. We do not offer returns on sale items, pierced jewellery, cosmetics, swimwear & underwear. All swing tags must be in their original place for an item to be returned.

We process all returns within 2 business days from receiving your items, we will send you an email with details as soon as we process your return.
