Changed Your Mind?

Returns are easy around here. Follow the steps below to send your item back to us and we’ll take it from there.

Lodge your return

Head to our returns portal and submit your return.

This creates your return label and lets us know your parcel is heading back our way.

Pack it up

Securely pack your item ensuring to remove or cover any old shipping labels, and clearly attach your new return label

This helps our team clearly identify your return.

Send it back

Take your parcel to your local post office where they’ll scan the return label and send it back to us.

Have access to a printer? You can print the label, attach it securely, and drop it into your local post box instead.

We'll sort the rest

Once your return is on its way, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to receive and process it.

Every item is checked on arrival and if approved, we’ll process your return. If there’s anything we need to follow up on, our Customer Care team will be in touch.

Please Note: During busy sale periods, our team may need up to 10 business days to process returns.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Fayt The Label offer refunds on all full priced items/orders within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or a store credit.

If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a site wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Permanent sale items from our sale page marked as final sale, pierced jewellery, hair accessories & items from our samples/seconds page are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please choose carefully.

TERMS OF RETURN

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached. Please ensure you have lodged your return through our Returns Portal prior to sending this as this becomes the proof of purchase. Your return will not be processed if you have not lodged this through our returns portal. 

Fayt The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. We will contact you to notify you that we are sending back the items if they are rejected to the shipping address on your order. 

Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:

  • Stains
  • Strong fragrances or odours
  • Pet hair
  • Fake tan
  • Makeup
  • Oil stains

Important note: Fayt can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.

Please note that for our international customers, you will need to lodge a return through our portal however our system unfortunately is unable to generate an international return label for you so this will have to be processed at your local post office.
