Our Standard Shipping cut-off for Christmas delivery is 18 December, 2025. To give your parcel the best chance of arriving on time, we recommend placing your order before this date.

Our Express Shipping cut-off for Christmas delivery is 21 December, 2025. If you’re shopping closer to Christmas, express shipping is your best option for a faster delivery window.

Orders placed after the cut-off dates may still arrive in time, however we can’t guarantee Christmas delivery due to high volume across the postal network.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by Australia Post. While they always work hard to deliver quickly, this is a peak period and delays can sometimes occur. Delivery timeframes are outside our control once dispatched.

As soon as your parcel is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates for the most accurate delivery information.

Free Standard Shipping is available when you spend over $150 AUD in one transaction.

Free Express Shipping is available when you spend over $300 AUD in one transaction.

Orders under $150 AUD have a flat rate charge of:
- Standard: $10 AUD
- Express: $15 AUD

On a regular day, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours.

During sales periods, purchasing express shipping does not mean your order gets packed quicker. Orders are packed in the sequence that they are placed and during periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other sale, your order may take longer to be sent out than usual due to the large volume we receive. Please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks during a sale period for your order to be packed.

NEW ZEALAND:
Free International Standard Shipping when you spend over $150 AUD
Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of:
- Standard - $10.00 AUD
- Express - $15.00 AUD
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Express International: 5-8 business days
Standard International: 7-12 business days

As of Tuesday 26th of August, 2025 Australia Post has decided to temporarily pause all parcel deliveries from Australia to the United States due to recent changes in international shipping arrangements and costs.
This means we are currently unable to ship orders to US addresses until further notice. Please refer to the Australia Post website for any further updates on this

CANADA:
Due to strike action by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, all Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended from 29 September 2025.
- Parcels already in Canada will be held safely until services resume, though tracking may not update during this time.
- Items still within the Australia Post network will be returned and refunded.
- Once services restart, deliveries will continue but delays are expected as Canada Post clears backlogs.

Countries that fall into this category are unable to receive an estimated shipping time, however upon receiving your tracking information you will be given an ETA of your parcels arrival. -
CUSTOMS TAXES:
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Fayt The Label is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Fayt The Label does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Fayt The Label cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
