We launch new arrivals every single month, sometimes we will have new items to release each week and other times it will be every second or third week.
Our in house design team here in Australia work super hard and well ahead of time which allows us to have a constant flow of new arrivals despite our lengthy production lead time.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, Fayt offers refunds on full priced orders. If you shopped using a discount code you will be eligible for a store credit.

We have an easy to use returns system and customers will be responsible to pay for their return shipping. At this stage we offer free shipping for orders above $150AU and we hope in the future to be able to cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your parcel arrives at your door you have 28 days to send it back to us for a return.

Our amazing warehouse team are pretty speedy! We try to get all orders out within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods or bigger collection launches it make take us a little longer to get orders out due to volume. During these periods, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped, rest assured we pack as quickly as we can!

On a normal day, we're pretty speedy at Fayt! But during a sale period we will receive a higher than normal influx of orders. Please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive your tracking when ordering with us this Boxing Day - our team will do their best to get it to you as quickly as they can!

Yes! You can return full priced items purchased during a sale period with a discount for an exchange or a store credit.
Please note, if you purchased any final sale items (the items marked with final sale on them) they are ineligible for a return.

After processing your order, at the payment processed page you will have 15 minutes to make a change to your address.
During a sale, this page will not allow you to add any extra items or change sizing.
You can email our team if you have made a mistake and they will do their best to help you but it is not guaranteed, so please shop mindfully during our sale.

If you wish to make an online return during a Fayt sale period, you are more than welcome to return it via our returns portal as usual online. Alternatively, you can pop in store to process your online return once the sale period is over and we are back to regular trade.

No. Only full priced items/purchases are eligible for a refund when shopping with Fayt. All items purchased on sale, or with a discount code are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Any permanent sale items (items marked as permanent sale) are not eligible for a return at all.

Unfortunately we will not be restocking any items before our Boxing Day sale, our sales are to move current stock (to make way for new arrivals).
