Purchased - Jax Jeans in black wash
I had perviously tried them on in the blue colour in store and found the fit around my thighs/bottom to be really good (as a person with quite a small waist compared to my thighs/bottom), but it was quite large around my waist (which now I reject not purchasing as I can’t get them online & can’t access in store very easily & i could’ve just taken in the waist!) so when I saw the black get released I jumped on it! Now it seems the black denim must be a stiffer material compared to the blue as they were a bit more snug in the thighs/bottom department and didn’t have as much of that ‘baggy’ style & the waist again was very big & loose, which I fixed up by getting altered so no biggie there!
I’m not 100% in love with them I will admit (not as much as the blue pair from in store) but that’s not the fault of the garment itself more so my body type which unfortunately has always been quiet difficult to shop for with quite a big size difference between my waist & thighs/bottom areas! Definitely going to give the Axel jeans a try for more of a stretch denim feel

I purchased both of the Jax Jeans in the Black Wash and also the Deep Blue. I absolutely loved the Deep Blue Wash, the way they fit is amazing. I am 167cm in height and 58kg and I got the Size 6 in the Deep Blue, I love them!
However, unfortunately I had to return the Black Wash in the Size 6 as they were honestly an odd fit compared to the Deep Blue which is really interesting as they are the exact same jean but different colour. The Black Wash in the Size 6 ran longer and stuck out at my hips, very balloon like which looked really silly on me who is quite petite.
Still waiting to find my perfect Washed Black Denim Jeans for this Winter :)
I gave 3 stars because I love the Deep Blue but very disappointing about the Black Wash!

Love these, the fit on the waist is amazing

I wasn't sure whether my jiggly mum-bod would suit this more rigid jean (I've always been an Axel gal for the stretch) but I was shocked at how flattering this style is on me! It's a little different to my usual style but I love it, I'm glad I took a chance. I need it in every colour!
