On a normal day, we're pretty speedy at Fayt! But during a sale period we will receive a higher than normal influx of orders. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your tracking when ordering with us this Black Friday - our team will do their best to get it to you as quickly as they can!

Yes! You can return full priced items purchased during a sale period with a discount for an exchange or a store credit.
Please note, if you purchased any final sale items (the items marked with final sale on them) they are ineligible for a return.

After processing your order, at the payment processed page you will have 15 minutes to make a change to your address.
During a sale, this page will not allow you to add any extra items or change sizing.
You can email our team if you have made a mistake and they will do their best to help you but it is not guaranteed, so please shop mindfully during our sale.

Unfortunately our retail teams are unable to process any online returns during any sale period we have running in store.
If you wish to make an online return during a Fayt sale period, you are more than welcome to return it via our returns portal as usual online. Alternatively, you can pop in store to process your online return once the sale period is over and we are back to regular trade.

No. Only full priced items/purchases are eligible for a refund when shopping with Fayt. All items purchased on sale, or with a discount code are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Any permanent sale items (items marked as permanent sale) are not eligible for a return at all.

Unfortunately we will not be restocking any items before our Black Friday sale, our sales are to move current stock (to make way for new arrivals).

Sale info:
- 30% off storewide online & in all 5 Fayt stores(excl. gift cards)
- Online sale 1 day only (Friday 28th) commencing 8AM AEDT ends 11:59PM
- In store sale 3 whole days 28th, 29th & 30th
Fayt Society early access:
- Fayt Society members will get 1 day early access to the sale on Thursday, November 27th
- A code will be released in this group at 5:00pm AEDT on the Thursday evening, the code will activate at 6:00pm AEDT
- The code will deactivate at 7:59am on Friday, with the regular sale going live to the public at 8:00am
Extended sale in stores:
- Our 30% off sale will be happening all weekend long in our 5 Fayt stores, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- All 5 stores will have a custom Fayt claw machine filled with prizes from Fayt & our favourite brands
- Every customer who spends $150+ will receive a ticket to have a chance at the claw machine (maximum 1 use per customer, you cannot shop multiple times or split your order to receive multiple tickets)
- Our stores are stocked with hundreds of prizes each, but be sure to get in quick as it is while stocks (prizes) last

Dispatch times:
- Dispatch times for a sale will be a lot slower than our regular shipping times, simply due to volume
- If you shop with us often and are used to getting your tracking almost immediately, please know it will not be the same when we do a sale, you may get your tracking the next day, a week later, or even 2 weeks later
- It will take our warehouse team approximately 2 weeks to get through all of our orders (yep, even when the orders all came in on the same day)
- Please be patient waiting for your tracking - our warehouse team are working split shifts and weekends during this period to get your orders out as quickly as we possibly can
Stock overselling:
- Unfortunately during a sale, with thousands of people checking out at the same time, we can sometimes run into the issue of some stock overselling (and going into negative eg -4 or -5)
- In this instance, we contact the people who have missed out to let them know the stock simply doesn't exist and we issue a refund immediately
- We apologise if this does happen to anyone and unfortunately it is something that is completely out of our control - please be kind to our customer happiness team if you happen to get one of these emails, it is completely out of our control (our stock is set to not sell into negative, but it still happens from time to time)
