Prize Bundle Promotion

1. Eligibility

1.1 To qualify for a Prize Bundle, customers must spend $250 or more on the Fayt Estate collection in a single in-store transaction.

1.2 This promotion is available in-store only and while stocks last.

2. Returns & Eligibility

2.1 If any items from the original transaction are returned and the updated transaction value falls below $250, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Prize Bundle.

2.2 In this instance, the Prize Bundle must be returned in full in order for the return to be processed.

2.3 If the Prize Bundle is not returned, Fayt reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct the value of the Prize Bundle from the refund amount.

3. Prize Bundle Conditions

3.1 Prize Bundles are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, store credit or alternative products.

3.2 Prize Bundles are issued as a complete set and must be returned in full if required under these Terms and Conditions.

1. How to Enter

1.1 To enter, customers must post a photo or video to Instagram (either a post or story) and tag @faytlabel.

1.2 Entries must be submitted within the promotional period to be considered valid.

2. Winner Selection

2.1 Winners will be selected on 13th April by the Fayt team.

2.2 Winners will be announced via Instagram and must reach out to claim their prize.

2.3 If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Fayt reserves the right to select a new winner.

3. General

3.1 By entering, participants grant Fayt permission to repost and use their content across marketing channels.

3.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

3.3 Fayt the Label reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
