Fayt Estate Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

• The promoter is Fayt the Label. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta.

2. Eligibility

• Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry per qualifying online order - Multiple entries are permitted.

• To enter, customers must place an online order that includes at least one item from the Fayt Estate collection between 6:00PM AEST and 12:00AM AEST on 12/04/26.3

• Orders that are cancelled or refunded prior to the draw may be deemed ineligible.

• Employees of Fayt the Label and their immediate families are ineligible to win.

3. The Prize

• The Refund: One (1) winner will receive a full refund of their transaction made at the Fayt Estate event.

  • Note: The refund will be processed via the original payment method and AFTER email contact communication has commenced. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

• The Prize Pack: Total prize pool value: up to AUD $700

4. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random and take place at Fayt Head Office, NSW on 13/04/26 at 8:00AM AEST

• The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

5. Notification

• The winner will be notified via Email on 13/04/26

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select a runner-up.

6. General

• Fayt the Label reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law.

• By entering, you grant Fayt the Label permission to use your handle/name in winner announcement posts, if applicable.

Personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
