Throughout my adult life I've worn a 16DD - 16E bra size, which meant that sometimes I'd have to buy clothes in a size 18 or 20 just to have them fit comfortably without gaping across my chest. My body shape is also an inverted triangle, so it can be hard to find items that fit my shoulder width without making me look like a traffic sign. Add all these factors together with the unpredictability of buying denim, I let my paranoia get the better of me and first ordered this dress in a size 20... For once, the chest and shoulders were too large but all other sizes were out of stock. Finally, I was able to get my hands on the size 16 and I stood in silence infront of my mirror... EVERYTHING fit, every part, and the dress is so well made! A zipper so I didn't have to worry about gaping, plenty of room in my shoulders so I could actually hold my arms up without worrying I'd busting a seam, a nice, thick but breathable and stretchy fabric I can sit AND eat in without showcasing all of my rolls?!?! Thank you so very much for every thought that went into this dress, I don't think I'll ever love or fit another dress better in my lifetime. It is absolutely stunning and your eye for design is really commendable. Thank you from a deeply paranoid girlie who finally feels like she can trust a brand that makes clothes for real bodies and real people 😭❤️
