At Fayt, our online store & physical retail stores are completely seperate. If you are heading in store to ask our store teams questions such as:
- When is X item coming back in stock online and in stores?
- Do you know if you are coming out with more X items?
- How many units of stock do you have online in X item?
- Can I order something in to the store that is currently online?
Our store staff will unfortunately not be able to help you (rest assured, they will try their best!) but please be mindful that our store staff don't work within the online side of our business, nor within the design and stock ordering side of our business. FAYT The Label offer refunds on all full priced items/orders within 28 days of in store receipt for a full refund or a store credit.
If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a store wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). FAYT The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions.
Important note: FAYT can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place. If you bring back an item and it is not in it's original condition ie it has makeup stains, we will not be able to process your return.
Permanent sale items, pierced jewellery, candles and hair accessories are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.

Our in store systems are run through Square Point Of Sale
We unfortunately have one pain point with the Square POS system and that is, it doesn't agree with various gift cards. Notably, Westfield Gift cards are not compatible with our point of sale system, as well as random gift cards that are not a VISA or Mastercard gift card.
When swiping these gift cards at checkout, our square system completely crashes and it turns off our point of sale system. They simply are not compatible with the point of sale.
We have been in contact with Square regarding this issue multiple times as it is a known issue to them and they have advised us that unfortunately their system is simply not compatible with certain gift cards and there is unfortunately nothing they can do about it.
We sincerely apologise to any customers who visit us wanting to use a gift card that crashes our system, please note - we personally absolutely accept gift cards at Fayt, our Square software just doesn't allow the cards to process through our system. Our staff will be more than happy to demonstrate swiping your gift card through our system to show you that it crashes if you'd like to see for yourself, we promise it's not us being rude by not accepting your gift card.
We hope with more businesses flagging this issue with Square that they will eventually update their software and technology to allow it to be compatible with all gift cards as it is definitely a pain point for us as a business as well as customers as a whole.

Unfortunately not! Our online store is run through Shopify and our retail stores are run through Square, these two platforms do not speak to one another therefore we have no way of physically integrating our store stock numbers onto our website.

Our store stock & online stock are run off two completely seperate systems. Please do not check online stock availability for in store availability. Often times you will find sold out items online still in store but it can also be the other way around where an item we have online is sold out in store.

Unfortunately not! Our store stock is held for each store and cannot be sent out as an online order.

Yes, get in touch with our stores via their email tab, our team can do their best to hold your item if it is in stock, at most an item will be able to be held for 24 hours.

Yes, we accept and process online returns in store.
There is no need to submit your return through our online portal if you are bringing it in store, just bring it on in!
Please note that the only employees in store that can process your online return are our store managers & assistant store managers. If either are not present on your visit, your details will be taken down by our team and your return will be processed as soon as the responsible person is back on the floor.

As you won't process your in store return through our online returns portal, please include a note within your return with your
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- In store receipt number
- Date of in store purchase
All in store purchases sent to our warehouse will receive a full refund. Once processed please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
All rules and policies apply as per our regular in store returns policy. Items must be sent to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt date, postage cost is at the customers expense. FAYT will not be liable for any return to sender costs if a return is sent back out of the returns period or if the item is in any way damaged.

We are launching a new POS system in our Newcastle store! This new system will be directly linked with our website which will make our online store and in store completely connected! Our Newcastle store is acting as a guinea pig for this system and if it runs smoothly, we will eventually be continuing the the rollout across all of our store locations.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to transfer your existing in store points onto our new software. The good thing is, once our new software is up and running in our Newcastle store as of Thursday, August 15th you will be able to use your online points in store and vice versa!
