All orders that are placed with a customer account will recieve a point for every dollar spent (excluding GST)

Joining is easy and completely free. Simply create a Fayt account and you'll automatically start earning points on eligible purchases and activities.

You can earn points by shopping online, referring friends, celebrating your birthday and completing other activities listed in the Rewards section of your account.
For every $1 spent (excl. GST), you earn 1 point!

Once you've earned enough points, you can apply them at the checkout which will apply a discount to your order. Please note you will need to be logged in for this to show your points at checkout.

Your points will remain active as long as your account stays active. Check your account dashboard for the most up-to-date information on your points balance.

Because rewards are applied as a discount at checkout, they can't be used alongside other discount codes or promotional offers. If another offer is active, you'll need to choose which discount you'd like to use.

Simply sign in to your Fayt account and head to the Rewards section to view your points balance, available rewards and recent activity.

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be adjusted from your account balance.

Last Chance works a little differently to our Sale collection. Because your offer is applied as a discount at checkout, rewards points can't be used on the same order.
The good news? You can still use your rewards points on sale items that have already been marked down in our Sale collection, as these aren't treated as an additional discount at checkout.
