We launch new arrivals every single month, sometimes we will have new items to release each week and other times it will be every second or third week.
Our in house design team here in Australia work super hard and well ahead of time which allows us to have a constant flow of new arrivals despite our lengthy production lead time.

EOFY Sale FAQ's
Shopping our EOFY Sale? We've answered some of the most common questions about the offer, dispatch times, returns and shopping in-store below.

Our EOFY Sale will be available to the general public on Friday 12th of June at 9am AEST.
If you are a Fayt Society Facebook Group member, there will be early access from 8am with a unique code. Sign up to get first access to this code.

The EOFY Sale runs online from Friday 12th of June until Sunday 14th of June at 11:59pm.

The EOFY Sale will be in store for one day only. You can shop 40% off in store on Saturday 13th of June with extended trading hours.

In our EOFY sale, we provide a store credit for all items except those that are already marked down these items are final. Please note that refunds are not available for EOFY sale items, so we kindly ask you to consider this before making a purchase.

We are offering a 40% off site wide discount that will apply to all styles, including our sale items.

To help our team serve customers as quickly as possible during our sale event, returns and exchanges will not be processed in-store on sale day.
If you need to return an item, you can still submit your return online in line with our standard returns policy. Our store teams will also be happy to assist with eligible returns and exchanges once the sale has ended.

The EOFY Sale offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotions, rewards vouchers or offers.

Rewards vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with EOFY Sale discounts. You'll still earn points on eligible purchases made during the sale.

The 40% Off EOFY sale is sitewide and includes all items except for Gift Cards as they are excluded from all promotions and discounts.

At this stage, we don't have any planned restocks during the EOFY Sale. If you've had your eye on something, we recommend checking out early to avoid missing out.

Yes! If a style or size is sold out online, you can use our Find In Store feature on the product page to check stock availability at your nearest Fayt store.

Due to the high volume of orders expected during our EOFY Sale, dispatch may take up to 10 business days. Our team will be working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, and you'll receive an email with more information about delivery expectations after placing your order.
If you're hoping to shop your favourites sooner, we recommend visiting one of our retail stores for our in-store EOFY Sale.

We are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for purchases made before the EOFY Sale began.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Fayt The Label, we offer refunds on all full priced items within 28 days of delivery. Refunds can be issued back to your original payment method or as a store credit.
A $8 handling fee will be deducted from all returns. For exchanges, a $16 fee will be charged at the time of submitting your exchange through our Returns Portal.
Orders placed using a welcome code, promotional code, or during a sitewide sale are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes all items purchased from our sale page, pierced jewellery, hair accessories, and samples or seconds. Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
TERMS OF RETURN
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.
All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal prior to sending your item back. This submission acts as your proof of purchase. Returns that have not been lodged through the portal will not be processed.
Fayt The Label reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. If your return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address and you will be notified.
Returns may be declined if items show any signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to stains, strong fragrances or odours, pet hair, fake tan, makeup, or oil marks.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are required to lodge their return through our Returns Portal. Please note that we are currently unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders, so returns must be arranged through your local postal service.

Return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect fit are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.
For Australian returns, an $8 handling fee will be charged when lodging your return through our Returns Portal. A return label will then be generated and sent to you via email.
For international returns, our system is currently unable to generate return shipping labels. Once your return has been lodged through our portal, you will need to arrange return shipping through your local post office at your own cost. We recommend keeping your tracking details, as Fayt The Label is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@faytthelabel.com and we will assist you.

Once your parcel is delivered you have 28 days to lodge your items for return and send it back to us.

All returns are first delivered to our PO Box, which can take 1 to 2 business days to be transferred to our warehouse.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will usually process it within 48 hours during standard periods.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Please note that during busy sale periods, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our amazing warehouse team are pretty speedy! We try to get all orders out within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods or bigger collection launches it make take us a little longer to get orders out due to volume. During these periods, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped, rest assured we pack as quickly as we can!

As soon as your parcel is on the move, youβll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates for the most accurate delivery information.
