Our amazing warehouse team are pretty speedy! We try to get all orders out within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods or bigger collection launches it make take us a little longer to get orders out due to volume. During these periods, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped, rest assured we pack as quickly as we can!
Purchasing express shipping does not mean your order gets packed quicker. Orders are picked and packed in the sequence that they are placed and during periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other sale, your order may take longer to be sent out than usual due to the large volume we receive. Please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks during a sale period for your order to be packed.
