I recently purchased a number of Gift Vouchers for my Daughter-In-Law for her birthday. It was so easy to go to the website and print them out at home and be able to add them to a card. It was a quick and easy process and will happily recommend it to others. Having been to the store a couple of times since, I have also found your staff to be incredibly helpful and your garments and accessories to be next level.

Is there a possibility to add a personal message to attach to the gift voucher? Apologies if this is already there, I was unable to find this option at the time.

While mum LOVED the gift, when I received the E card in my emails, I was hoping there would be an option to print a nice-looking voucher to wrap up for mum's birthday. Instead, it was a barcode/ voucher number. So I made my own voucher to print out with the FAYT logo and added the voucher information so it was a nice gift for her to open.

We initially drove to Chermside to buy a gift voucher to avoid this; however, they do not stock physical vouchers.

Not a big deal, perhaps just something to consider for people who want to print it out and give someone something nice-looking to open!
