Before your appointment, we'll get to know your style, sizing and what you're shopping for. From there, we'll prepare a personalised edit so everything is ready for your arrival.

More than a styling session, it's time dedicated to helping you feel your best to help you feel confident in what you wear. Together we'll explore your style, build outfits and discover pieces that fit seamlessly into your wardrobe, lifestyle and everyday routine.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your styling session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately, appointments cancelled within 24 hours, missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Not at all. Your styling fee is fully redeemable on Fayt purchases for up to 7 days after your appointment, so you can take a little time to consider your options if needed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Style Consult is a 45 minute personalised styling appointment and is available by booking only. The booking fee is $30 per person.
Your $30 booking fee is fully redeemable on full-priced product purchases made during your appointment. If you don't redeem your booking fee during your session, you'll recieve a $30 Fayt Gift Card, valid for 7 days from the date of your appointment.
The booking fee and any resulting gift card:
- are non-refundable once your appointment has taken place;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be transferred to another person; and
- cannot be extended beyond the 7 day validity period
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full 45 minute styling session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
Fayt reserves the right to amend of withdraw The Style Consult at any time.
