WHAT IS CHANGE YOUR FAYT?

We're doing things a little differently this year! Instead of your usual Black Friday promotion, we're giving our community the chance to share in $100,000 worth of prizes!

There are three ways to win: our $50,000 cash grand prize, 30 gold keychains worth $1,000 cash each, and 85 winning in-store scratch cards with Fayt gift card prizes.

WHEN DOES CHANGE YOUR FAYT START AND FINISH?

Change Your Fayt begins at 9am AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 13 December 2026.

CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONCE?

Absolutely! Every eligible purchase earns entries.

CAN I WIN MORE THAN 1 PRIZE?

Yes! There's no limit on the number of prizes one eligible customer can win.

IS CHANGE YOUR FAYT AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY?

The competition is open to Australian residents only. Unfortunately, international customers aren't eligible to win. International customers are still able to shop on our website as usual during the promotional period.

Entries & Discounts

HOW DO I ENTER THE $50K CASH DRAW?

It's simple! For every whole $1 of eligible product value, you'll receive one entry into our $50,000 draw.

Entries are automatically recorded when you make an eligible purchase online or in store.

HOW ARE MY ENTRIES CALCULATED?

Entries are calculated using the current selling price of each eligible product, before any discount codes or loyalty/rewards discounts are applied.

For example:

A $100 item earns 100 entries.
A $100 item purchased with a 10% discount code still earns 100 entries.
An item marked down from $100 to $50 earns 50 entries.

Each product's price is rounded down to the nearest whole dollar when calculating entries.

WILL USING A DISCOUNT CODE REDUCE MY ENTRIES?

No! Discount codes and loyalty/rewards discounts used at checkout won't reduce the number of entries you earn.

However, they do affect the minimum spend required to receive a mystery keychain or in-store scratch card.

DO SALE ITEMS EARN ENTRIES?

They sure do! Entries are calculated using the item's current sale price, before any additional checkout discounts.

DO GIFT CARD PURCHASES EARN ENTRIES?

Purchasing a Fayt gift card doesn't earn entries.

However, if you use a Fayt gift card or store credit to purchase eligible products during the competition, those products can still earn entries.

DOES SHIPPING COUNT TOWARDS MY ENTRIES?

No. Shipping and delivery charges are excluded.

WHAT ARE BONUS ENTRIES?

Throughout Change Your Fayt, we may announce special bonus entry periods where eligible purchases earn up to 10X entries!

WHAT IS THE LUCKY LIST?

The Lucky List is our way of giving certain products a little extra love!

On selected days, we'll nominate products that earn bonus entries of up to 10X. The multiplier will be clearly displayed on the product.

If more than one multiplier applies to the same product, you'll receive the highest applicable multiplier. Multipliers don't stack.

Gold Keychains - $1,000 Cash Prizes

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE MYSTERY GOLD KEYCHAINS?

Spend $250 or more on eligible products in one online order, after all discounts and rewards have been applied.

The first 3,000 qualifying orders from the announced blind-bag start date will receive one mystery keychain, while stocks last.

DOES MY $250 SPEND NEED TO BE AFTER DISCOUNTS?

Yes!

For example, if your cart contains $260 worth of eligible products but a discount brings your qualifying spend down to $234, you won't qualify for a mystery keychain.

CAN I GET MORE THAN 1 MYSTERY KEYCHAIN?

You can receive one mystery keychain per qualifying online order, while stocks last. If you place multiple separate qualifying orders, each may be eligible.

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH COLOUR KEYCHAIN I GET?

Nope! That's the mystery.

All keychains are randomly selected during packing, and the mystery bags are identical on the outside.

I GOT A GOLD KEYCHAIN! WHAT DO I DO?!

Please contact competitions@faytthelabel.com within 28 days of your qualifying order being delivered.

We'll ask for your order details and any other information needed to verify your win.

CAN I GIVE MY GOLD KEYCHAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE TO CLAIM?

No. The $1,000 cash prize belongs to the original purchaser whose qualifying order received the gold keychain.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY $1,000?

Gold keychain prizes are paid after the competition's validation period ends on 10 January 2027.

Once your claim has been verified, your prize will be paid within the timeframe specified in our Terms & Conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A GOLD KEYCHAIN ISN'T CLAIMED?

Unclaimed or invalid gold keychain prizes will be reallocated through a random selection process in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

In-Store Scratch & Win

HOW DO I GET A SCRATCH CARD?

Spend $200 or more in a single transaction at one of our participating Fayt stores, after all discounts and rewards have been applied.

You'll receive one scratch card, while stocks last.

WHICH FAYT STORES ARE PARTICIPATING?

All five of our participating retail stores:

HOW MANY SCRATCH CARDS ARE AVAILABLE?

There are 1,250 scratch cards across our five stores, with 85 winning cards in total.

WHAT CAN I WIN?

Each participating store has the following prizes available:

1 × $1,000 Fayt gift card
2 × $500 Fayt gift cards
4 × $250 Fayt gift cards
10 × $100 Fayt gift cards

That's $20,000 worth of Fayt gift cards across our stores!

CAN I RECIEVE MULTIPLE SCRATCH CARDS?

You can receive one scratch card per qualifying transaction, while stocks last.

CAN I CHOOSE MY SCRATCH CARD?

No. Scratch cards are randomly allocated by our retail team.

CAN I SCRATCH MY CARD IN-STORE?

Of course! You're welcome to scratch it in store or take it home.

I WON ON MY SCRATCH CARD! HOW DO I CLAIM?

YAY! Congratulations!

Please email competitions@faytthelabel.com with:

A clear photo of your winning scratch card.
Your receipt or qualifying transaction details.
Any additional information requested to verify your win.

Please keep your original winning scratch card safe.

CAN I REDEEM MY WINNING SCRATCH CARD IN-STORE?

No. All winning scratch cards must be claimed through our competitions email address and verified by our head office team.

Your winning Fayt gift card will be issued after the validation period.

WHEN DO I NEED TO CLAIM MY SCRATCH CARD?

Please submit your claim by 10 January 2027.

Our Terms & Conditions also allow valid late claims received before the relevant unclaimed prize draw, provided the winning card and original transaction can be verified.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FAYT GIFT CARD?

Winning gift cards begin being issued from 11 January 2027, following verification.

They're valid for three years from their issue date and can be used online or in our Fayt stores.

Winners & Prize Claims

WHEN IS THE $50,000 GRAND PRIZE DRAWN?

The grand prize will be drawn on Tuesday 12 January 2027 at 10:30am AEDT, using an electronic random draw overseen by an independent scrutineer.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON THE $50,000?

We'll contact the winner directly using the contact details associated with their entry.

Please make sure your information is accurate and up to date.

WILL THE WINNER MEET BRITTNEY?

YES!

The grand prize includes a filmed and photographed prize presentation with Brittney Saunders.

Agreement to the publicity requirements outlined in our Terms & Conditions is a condition of receiving the grand prize.

WHEN WILL THE $50,000 BE PAID?

The grand prize will be paid by electronic bank transfer within 28 days of the prize draw, subject to verification and the Terms & Conditions.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE WINNERS?

Winner details for prizes valued over $250 will be published on our Change Your Fayt page in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, with publication scheduled from 17 January 2027.

WHY AREN'T PRIZES BEING PAID IMMEDIATELY?

We have a validation period from 14 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 to verify qualifying purchases, returns, refunds and winner eligibility.

This helps us make sure prizes are awarded fairly and correctly.

Returns & Eligibility

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ENTRIES IF I RETURN SOMETHING?

If you return or receive a refund for eligible products before the end of the validation period, the entries associated with the returned or refunded amount will be invalidated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

WHAT IF I RETURN SOMETHING FOR A STORE CREDIT?

The entries associated with the original returned purchase will be invalidated.

If you use that store credit to make a new eligible purchase during the competition period, that new purchase can earn entries.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS DURING THE COMPETITION?

Change-of-mind exchanges aren't available during the competition period. Change-of-mind returns for a refund or store credit remain available in accordance with our returns policy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products are unaffected.

CAN CUSTOMERS UNDER 18 ENTER?

Yes, with parent or guardian consent.

If an entrant under 18 wins, their prize will be awarded to their consenting parent or guardian to hold for them, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

CAN FAYT EMPLOYEES OR INFLUENCERS ENTER?

Certain people connected with Fayt are excluded from participating, including employees, paid creators, models, service providers, specified event participants and their relevant family or household members.

CAN I OPT OUT OF THE COMPETITION?

Absolutely. Email competitions@faytthelabel.com and request to be excluded.

I'VE WON A PRIZE! CAN I STILL RETURN AN ITEM?

Our usual returns policy still applies (with the addition of exchanges not being available during the competition period) but there are a few important things to know.

If you return or refund an item before the end of our validation period (10 January 2027), any competition entries earned from that item will be invalidated.

If your return means your original purchase no longer meets the minimum qualifying spend for a gold keychain or scratch card, you may also lose eligibility for that prize.

If you've already been selected as a winner, any prize associated with an invalidated purchase or entry may be forfeited.
