Fayt The Label offer refunds on all full priced items/orders within 28 days of in-store receipt for a full refund or a store credit.
If you purchased using a welcome discount code, any other discount code, or items during a site-wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit.
Permanent sale items from our sale page that are marked as final sale, pierced jewellery, hair accessories and items from our samples/seconds page are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached, with proof of purchase provided (this may be your order number or the invoice received with your order). Fayt The Label reserves the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met.
Important note: Fayt the Label can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place. If you bring back an item that is not in its original condition. For example, if it has makeup stains we will not be able to process your return.
IN-STORE MARKDOWN RACK (FINAL SALE ITEMS)
Our In-Store Markdown Rack features selected pieces that have been discounted due to minor/major faults, imperfections or manufacturing imperfections. These items are clearly marked and offered at a reduced price to reflect their condition.

Faults may include small marks, pulls, missing buttons or minor stitching issues.

Markdown items are clearly labelled as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Yes, we accept and process online returns in store.
There is no need to submit your return through our online portal if you are bringing it in store, just bring it on in!

Our pieces are made from beautiful quality fabric. To keep it in it's best condition we always recommend looking after your pieces with the highest level of care.
Either hand wash or pop your pieces in a delicates bag into the washing machine on a cold gentle wash cycle with like colours. Hang your pieces in the shade to dry. Handle your knitwear with extra care due to their delicate nature.FAYT will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking.
To avoid any items being damaged, FAYT advises a cold hand wash always.
If you have damaged your item in the wash or when wearing it and would like advice on how to repair it, please get in touch with us at customerservice@faytthelabel.com and we will do our best to assist you and make helpful suggestions.

If you have used your Afterpay Card to make a purchase in-store, any returns sent back to our warehouse via the online return process are only eligible for a store credit.
To receive a full refund to your Afterpay account, your return most be processed in-store.
This is due to Afterpay's Terms & Conditions, which specify that purchases made using the Afterpay Card must be refunded via the same method in-store.
