Terms & Conditions: Fayt 8th Birthday Giveaway

Eligibility:

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over
• Entrants must place an online or in store order between September 1st and September 14th, 2025 at 11:59pm AEST using the discount code FAYT8
• Entrants from online & in store orders must complete our online form: https://faytthelabel.com/pages/fayt-8 
• Entrants must join the Fayt Society Facebook group
• Entrants must follow @faytlabel on Instagram & TikTok

• 8 winners will receive a 3-day trip to Port Stephens on September 29th, 30th & October 1st, 2025
• Prize includes return flights, transfers, 5-star accommodation, all meals and drinks
• VIP shopping & in-store styling experience at Fayt Newcastle boutique with store voucher
• Glam hair and makeup session by WAK The Salon
• Goodie bags, gifting and access to unreleased products
• Loads of surprises (we don't want to give it all away just yet), just think: it's going to be the trip of a lifetime! 

• Entries close September 14th 2025 at 11:59pm AEST
• Fayt employees and family members of Fayt employees are not eligible to enter our Fayt 8 giveaway
• Winners will be selected at Fayt’s discretion. Selection will take into account eligibility, alignment with Fayt’s brand values, and the entrant’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Please note that as part of our selection process, Fayt reserves the right to review entrants’ social media activity. Entrants who engage in or have previously engaged in illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or unethical content or conduct may be deemed ineligible. Fayt may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that is incomplete, indecipherable, or otherwise invalid.
• Winners will be announced in the Fayt Society Facebook group on September 17th, 2025 at 6:00pm AEST
• Winners will also be contacted directly by the Fayt team on September 17th, 2025.

Non-Disparagement

By accepting the prize, winners agree not to make any false, misleading, negative, or disparaging remarks about Fayt, its employees, products, services, or reputation in any public or private forum (including social media). This obligation applies during the trip and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Prize Value 

The total prize value for all 8 winners is estimated at AUD $30,000* inclusive of flights, accommodation, activities, gifts, food & beverage and other inclusions as determined by Fayt. *The prize value is an estimate and may vary depending on travel dates and availability.

• Winners must be available to attend on the specified dates
• No +1's are able to attend the trip, the trip will be exclusively for our 8 selected winners
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
• If a winner is unable to attend, their place will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant
• If Fayt is unable to contact the winner after three reasonable attempts via call, text, email & social media DM, their place will be redrawn
• Dates cannot be changed at the request of the winners
• Winners agree to participate in social media content for all Fayt channels during the trip
• The prize does not include spending money outside of provided food, drink and activities
• Fayt reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time

• By entering, participants grant Fayt permission to use their likeness in photos and content related to the giveaway and trip in perpetuity

• Fayt is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize
• Winners participate in trip activities at their own risk

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and trip
