We want to see your Fayt experience through your lens!


Here’s how it works:
  • Head into your local FAYT store
  • Capture your in-store experience in a TikTok or Reel ( be sure to have your profile on public, we want to see all of the fun vibes ✨)
  • Post your video and tag us at @faytlabel with #ISITFAYT mentioned in the video's caption

We’ll choose our favourite videos each month to receive a $200 FAYT voucher!

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Open to all customers visiting Fayt The Label stores. Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees of Fayt The Label and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

  2. Competition Period: This is an ongoing competition. Winners will be contacted by us on a monthly basis.

  3. How to Enter: Visit any Fayt The Label store. Create a TikTok or Instagram Reel showcasing your in-store experience. Upload the video to TikTok or Instagram using the hashtag #ISITFAYT and tag Fayt The Label’s official account @faytlabel.

  4. Selection of Winners: Fayt The Label will select one winner per month based on creativity, originality, and overall quality of the content. The winners of the #ISITFAYT in store promotion will be hand-selected by Fayt's marketing team and will be contacted via direct message on TikTok or Instagram. 

  5. Prize: Each winner will receive a $200 Fayt The Label voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  6. Content: Rights By entering the competition, participants grant Fayt The Label permission to repost, share, and use submitted content for promotional purposes on all platforms.

  7. Conduct: Participants must ensure their content adheres to TikTok and Instagram community guidelines. All entries must reflect a positive and respectful in-store experience. Our staff are not expected or obliged to participate in any social media content, including photographs or videos. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and seek explicit permission before filming or capturing images or videos of any staff member or other customers on our premises. Please be considerate and ask for consent before sharing any content involving our team or fellow customers. If any staff member is not comfortable being included we kindly ask that this request is respected.

  8. General Conditions: Fayt The Label reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
