Brittney here - owner of Fayt! 

I thought I would add a page to our website during the holiday period regarding shipping times. Our office & warehouse staff all take annual leave during Christmas & New Year, leaving just myself & my partner AJ to run our warehouse as well as our customer service emails. 

During this holiday period the two of us will be packing orders (after having two days off for December 25th & December 26th, no orders will be packed on these dates) and we ask that during the period between Boxing Day & New Year that you please be patient with us as two of us pack orders a lot slower than our usual big team. 

AJ and I will be doing our best to get our orders during this period out the door as quickly as we can, during any regular sale period it can take up to 7 days for you to receive your tracking (with our entire staff working) but with just the two of us, you may expect it to be a little longer but we will do our absolute best to get them out in less than 7 days.
