Shopping at our Adelaide Pop-Up is a little different.
You'll be able to browse our full collection, try on your favourites and our team will bring you a fresh piece from the stock room in your size, keeping the floor easy to shop and fully stocked throughout the day.
With two change rooms available, we have a limit of 6 items per customer, including alternate sizes. Thanks for understanding and helping us give everyone a chance to try on their favourites.
As of Monday 14th September, you no longer need to book in to visit our Adelaide Pop-Up. You can walk in and browse at any time within our trading hours.
Yes! Purchases made at the Adelaide Pop-Up can be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns Policy.
Absolutely! We have two change rooms available so you can try on your favourites before purchasing.
Each customer can try on a maximum of 6 items, including any alternate sizes. We know it can be tricky to narrow down your picks, but with limited change room space, this helps give everyone a chance to try on their favourites within their session time.
Due to our limited stock, we aren't able to process online order returns or exchanges at the Adelaide Pop-Up. These will need to be completed through our online Returns Portal.
No. Our Adelaide Pop-Up is a cashless store. We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with digital payment methods.
Yes! Our Adelaide Pop-Up is wheelchair accessible, and everyone is welcome.
As this is a pop-up space, it's a little more compact than our permanent stores. Our team is always happy to assist, so if you need a hand during your visit, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make your shopping experience as comfortable as possible.

Yes! We offer digital Fayt Gift Cards for purchase at our Adelaide Pop-Up.

Items purchased at the Adelaide Pop-Up can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy.
