Adelaide, you've absolutely blown us away. After selling out our opening weekend and most sessions through to Thursday 27 August, we've extended our booked shopping sessions until Sunday 30 August.
Choose a one-hour session and enjoy a relaxed, queue free way to shop Fayt, with plenty of time to browse, try on your favourites and get a little help from our team.
Shopping at our Adelaide Pop-Up is a little different.
You'll be able to browse our full collection, try on your favourites and our team will bring you a fresh piece from the stock room in your size, keeping the floor easy to shop and fully stocked throughout the day.
Need another size or want a second opinion? Our team will be there to help.
For our first week or so, yes! We'll be running booked shopping sessions to give everyone the best possible experience.
After this time, you're welcome to visit during our normal trading hours without a booking.
Each booking reserves one person's place in a shopping session. If you're shopping with friends, everyone attending will need their own booking.
Each session runs for one hour, giving you plenty of time to browse, try on your favourites and shop the collection.
No worries! If your plans change, please cancel your booking as soon as possible using the link in your confirmation email. This allows another customer to book your place.
Absolutely! Change rooms are available so you can try on your favourites before purchasing.
During opening weekend, we have a 6 item limit per change room at a time to keep things moving for everyone.
Yes! Purchases made at the Adelaide Pop-Up can be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns Policy.
Due to our limited stock, we aren't able to process online order returns or exchanges at the Adelaide Pop-Up. These will need to be completed through our online Returns Portal.
No. Our Adelaide Pop-Up is a cashless store. We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with digital payment methods.
Yes! Our Adelaide Pop-Up is wheelchair accessible, and everyone is welcome.
As this is a pop-up space, it's a little more compact than our permanent stores. Our team is always happy to assist, so if you need a hand during your visit, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make your shopping experience as comfortable as possible.
Yes! Fayt Society members can continue to enjoy their member benefits at the Adelaide Pop-Up where applicable.
Yes! We offer digital Fayt Gift Cards for purchase at our Adelaide Pop-Up.
Both digital and physical Fayt Gift Cards can be redeemed in store, making them the perfect gift if you're shopping for someone else.
Items purchased at the Adelaide Pop-Up can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy.
