Refunds, store credits & exchanges are available at Fayt The Label.
Our return period is 28 days from delivery date.
Fayt The Label offer refunds on all full priced items/orders.
If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code or during a site wide sale, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Permanent sale items from our sale page, pierced jewellery, hair accessories & items from our samples/seconds page are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please choose carefully.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Fayt The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
For international: Unfortunately our system is unable to generate an international return label for you so this will have to be processed at your local post office.
Important note: Fayt can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.
Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:
- Stains
- Strong fragrances or odours
- Pet hair
- Fake tan
- Makeup
- Oil stains
If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you.
Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)
